Women Who Code (WWCode) is a U.S non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers. it connects amazing women with other like minded amazing women around the globe who unite under one simple notion – the world of technology is much better with women in it. To date, this organization has executed more than 2,000 free technical events around the world, garnered a membership exceeding 30,000, and has a presence in 18 countries.
The new baby of Women Who Code is WWC Tounes which is headed by Rabeb Othmani.
WWC Tounes is the local network in Tunisia of the global non-profit organization Women Who Code that aims to inspire women & help them shine in technology.
WWC Tounes organized the first meeting in the Microsoft Innovation Center. Three IT women from ESPRIT Mobile were present and shared their experiences in different events like the Technovation Challenge and the Imagine Cup with the other attendees.
They agreed to realize several meetings to deepen the knowledge of Tunisian women in technology, leadership, entrepreneurship and many other fields.Women
